What service does Right Solicitor provide?
Right Solicitor finds the User an appropriate solicitor that matches their requirements and who is based near to where the user lives. This will save you a great deal of time and effort because we will do all the work in finding you the right solicitor. We work independently from any law firm, therefore we will consider all suitable law firms to find the user a solicitor who speacialises in the field the user requires.

Is there a charge for using the Right Solicitor’s services?
The service is free of charge for Users. The Right Solicitor is paid by the solicitors who join us in order to receive referrals. Right Solicitor is paid for each successful client introduction. This referral fee will not be added to your legal fees and your solicitor will make this clear at the onset of your claim.

When can I expect a response?
If you contact us via telephone you will be transferred to an appropriate advisor straight away. If you contact us via our website one of our claims advisors will contact you as soon as possible to take the relevant information from you. We will then contact you with details of suitable solicitors within 24 hours of your initial contact with us. A solicitor will then contact you to discuss your case. We will then contact you again to establish whether you are happy with the chosen solicitor and to see whether we can provide you with any further assistance.

Do you have to use the Solicitor who contacts you?
There is no obligation to use the solicitor that we put you in contact with.

Can Right Solicitor provide me with advice about my case?
No, we cannot and do not give legal advice as we are completely independent and are not a law firm.

How much will the solicitor that contacts me charge?
If you decide to accept the services of the solicitor who contacts you then you should discuss the fee structure with the firm in your initial meetin.
