Hi,

Can you advise on this one? I purchased my family car on finance in March 2007 over 3 years. Since the purchase I have divorced, and intend to relocate to Turkey. Due to the finance agreement, I cannot sell the car, nor will the dealer buy it back. I have never defaulted on the payments. I am so fed up with this car holding me back, I wishto deliver the car back to dealer/finance company with a note saying here is the car(tip top) condition. I am leaving the UK and I am not taking responsible any further. Legally can I do this? or else what can one do in this awful situation?
