Children and passports

Postby Kingy1234 » Tue Jun 30, 2009 8:31 am

I have a residency order and my 2 children live with me fulltime. However my ex-wife is holding the passports and will not allow me acess to them. What can I do?

In such cases it is always a good idea to try and speak with you ex partner first or maybe write to her with a formal letter requesting the passports release. Alternatively you could contact the passport office and ask them to advice you as to whether or not you can re apply for new passports. Once you have been adviced accordingly you could then decide what further action to take.
