I had an appeal a day before my employer went into administration. I have had no outcome to my appeal as the employer dropped all responsibility. I have written to the administrators and asked for consent to continue the process to which they have denied me. I have now asked them whether the compnay went into voluntary administration or not....to which I have had no response.

Do you think I should still put in an ET1 and see what the tribunal say? Anny suggestions would be most grateful cheers
