I have a contract of employment that details my hours of work are the U.K working week of 37.5 hours a week on a fixed salary etc.
My employer is using a time sheet system for recording hours against customers and if hours are not completed get funny.
If a contract of employment does not state that a time sheet is to be completed and you are forced to. Is that legal on the basis the contract of employment do not specify it other then your employment hours of work?
