Copyright

I own a Driving School and have introduced a Unique method of driver training which involves the pupils paying a very low lesson price... This scheme has been tried and tested over the past 2 months by myself and is proving to be very successful. I would like some advice as to how i can protect this scheme with sole rights, so no other driving school can operate a scheme like this. I hope you can help.
Best wishes

seek some professional business advice, a patent can usually on be given on products. It is more diffucult to protect a business concept which appears to be the case with you. Copyright laws and tradmarks and protect you business logo and information on the other hand but patents fpor the business model might be a little more tricky. There are many patent & copyright companies you can use for such ideas. It is suggested to fill in a non disclosure form before you discuss your ideas with other companies and individuals to protect the business concept.
