My husband is on a suspended sentence and has just been charged with causing fear/violence against me, will he serve a prison sentence when it goes to court

Uusally in such matters it is best to speak directly with the police and see what they think. At the time of the violence the police will have written report detaiilng the severity of the offence. It is down to the CPS crown prosecution to decide whether the severity of the offence, will make your husband serve a prisoon sentence. Without looking at all the facts it will be difficult to say.
