i was stopped by police and prosecuted for driving without insurance because a freind told me they'd put me on the insurance the officer told the owner of the car on the phone that it's an offence to let someone else drive their car without insurance i should report you but i'm not going to he only reported me and let the owner of the car off and took a photo of me in front of the car is this legal what he done as i keep asking the police and they never answer
