Dear Mr Tapper
Further to my email below and your further email with your GP's contact details, I have received advice from our offices in Croydon who have explained that they do not unfortunately, allow additional time for customers to provide further medical evidence (FME). I have been advised that your case is currently at the 'scrutiny' stage which means that your case will be reviewed by a Medical Advisor who will decide whether you should be called for an assessment. The Site Manager has explained that if the Medical Advisor feels that FME is needed they will contact your GP if necessary.
With reference to your benefit payments, you should contact your Local Benefit Office to discuss this with a benefit advisor.
Dear Mr Tapper
I am sorry that you feel we do not care; I can assure you that this certainly is not the case.
There are agreed procedures which need to be followed and as I explained in my earlier email, your case is currently with a Medical Advisor.
I have however, forwarded your email to the Site Manager and Medical Manager for our offices in Croydon for their consideration.
