Hi,
I am currently working in a warehouse as nightshift team leader, I was seconded to the position for 3 months in October 2007. At the end of this period my secondment was extended for a further 6 months. Since this time I have remained as nightshift team leader but I am out of contract. The main problem comes with my company deciding to outsource their logistics operation to a third party under TUPE.
I'd like to know where I stand legally, both doing the job out of contract and under TUPE.
Any help is greatly received.
