My fiance talked me into taking a loan for £6000 out for him in my name as the interest was less for me. It was to pay off his debts so we could start saving. The amount was paid into my account by the loan company and i transferred it in full into my fiance's account. This was last month and we have since broken up. However my bank statement only says 'transfer' on it and i have to contact the bank on monday to see if they can give me more information in writing. My ex is saying that he didn't sign anything and nothing is in his name and so i don't think he is going to pay - he paid nothing of the first instalment when we lived together. I would be grateful for any advice. Please help! Thanks.
