drink driving charge

the charge reads as so.
(1) on 11/05/2009 at NORTHWICH, drove a motor vehicle, namely a ford mondeo registered number R758FTU on a road, namely GLADSTONE STREET, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 94 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.

this inccedent also included damage to 2 cars(mine and another) and the police are saying they have a witness to the accident, which i dont believe.
reasons for
1 this so called event is said to have happened at around 04.30 so i cannot believe that anyone was around at that time and if they were had they been drinking and if so were they breathalised for reliabilty of the witness.
2 only days before the two arresting officers had confronted me questioning me on the arrasment of a local drug addicted theif who had robbed my previous address, and on getting no answers from me the female officer actually said to me "its o.k we'll get you".
3 on being realeased from middlewich custody suite i went back to my car, on arrival i remembered and realised that the day before the event i had run out of petrol so was unable to move my car.

i was seen at middlewich by the duty solicitor how then took on my case, he has been granted legal aid for me but will not return my calls to arrange a meeting and disscuss these issues and i'm due in court at 09.15 tommorow.
what can i do? and do i have a case to fight?

Hi, I would have a look on google for drink driving solicitors who specialise in legal aid to try and represent you tomorrow. If your current solicitor is not returning your calls and if you find yourself in the unfortunate position with no solicitor tomorrow, you should attend and let the judge know about your situation.
