My cousin had an accident at work, but the company won't accept liability. Can solicitors still do no win, no fee?

No Win No Fee compensation claims

Making a personal injury claim in the UK should always involve no fees to the person who has received the accident injury as all legal costs should be paid by the third party should the compensation claim be successful.
