i have split with my wife for over 2 years, just after we split up she was accused for a wrong doing at work. she has since been sacked for this. she has now won a wrongfull dismissal and had received a cash pay out. what i would like to know is that am i entitled to any of the payout as we are still married?

Probably not, usually the pay out would be for the person who won th case. Were you working with your wife at the time of the dismissal?, also if there is no connection with you her work and the dismissal then I doubt you would get anything.
